Afternoon: Connection and Shifting Perspective

• 12:30 PM | Animal Sanctuary Visit A gentle hour to connect with the herd and ground yourself in the rhythm of the farm.

• 1:30 PM | The Language of Abundance A transformative session with Wind, exploring how gratitude rewires the brain. This session includes movement designed to release "lack" and welcome "plenty."

• 2:45 PM | Guided Journaling A quiet space with Marni to plant the seeds of your personal intentions.

Evening: Rest and Sustenance

• 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM | Fireside Kitchen Dinner A relaxed, open-house style dinner. Nourish yourself at your own pace in the farm kitchen whenever you feel called to eat.

Individual Healing Sanctuary

Enhance your retreat experience with a private 30-minute session. These specialized offerings are available from 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM for an additional $50 investment.
