High School Internships
Our internship program for high school students provides a unique opportunity to learn about farm management and animal care, while also developing leadership and teamwork skills.
Interns will have the chance to participate in educational tours for guests, school field trips, summer camps, and community center field trips. They will also have the opportunity to volunteer on the farm by feeding animals, landscaping, and assisting with animal education. Additionally, interns will have the chance to develop social media content and photography skills.
College Internships
Our internship program for college students is tailored to their majors and interests. Whether you are interested in social media content creation and management, website management, video creation, photography, animal and art therapy, agriculture, architecture and design, or marketing, we have an internship opportunity for you. Our internships are designed to provide practical experience and allow you to work alongside our experienced staff and volunteers to make a real impact in the community.

Who Can Apply
Our internship program is open to high school and college students who are interested in learning about animal welfare, farming, and community outreach. Internship Expectations
During their time at Blue Iris Farm, interns can expect to:
