A Day of Sanctuary, Breath, and Connection
Before the world awakens in full color, we invite you to step into the stillness of the farm. Join us for a curated journey designed to help you ground your energy, clear your mind, and honor the quiet transformation of spring.

The Journey
9:30 AM | Arrival & Softness Settle in with a light seasonal breakfast and warm tea. A time to gather, breathe the farm air, and arrive fully in the space.
10:30 AM | Sacred Rhythm: Drum Ceremony Awaken your spirit with Mountain Flower through the ancient power of the drum.
12:15 PM | Movement as Medicine An all-levels Vinyasa flow with Tracy, designed to open the body and create space for new growth.
1:15 PM | Nourish A shared nutritional lunch featuring vibrant, wholesome ingredients.
2:00 PM | Presence in Motion A mindful nature walk through our sanctuary paths—accompanied by the gentle, grounding presence of our resident goats.
2:30 PM | The Power of the Pause Deepen your healing with a transformative breathwork session led by Deb, concluding with our communal Closing Circle.
